Can´t unlock Flashpro from Vehicle

Hi
returned car to stock
unlock from vehicle fail
Internet conection is OK.
Read many post and I cant send the flashpro back to hondata I live in Panama City Central America.

Hi the serial number is FP-SI-US-12617 Matt seen not to understand me, he asked me why the flashpro has been unlock so many times, I told him I use to give demo to friends to show them why hondata was better than the cobb and to see the improvement of the car, so I use it on their cars then put it back to mine, now I am selling It cause I bought a new one with the bluetooth option, now, can you please help me to unlock it.

Hi have a friend with the same problem, sent serial to hondata and still no answer.

Why are you contacting us rather than your friend? What is the serial number of the FlashPro?
