one green, no red, hondata not communicating with ecu.

I have an obd0 to obd1 integra running s300v2, serial number 25302.
Its in a p06 ecu with boost control and vtec add on.
Car ran great all night. Took it on a 120 mile trip to break it in. S300 was working perfect. I had tuned the car a bit to good afr, and datalogging worked great without any issues.
Driving to work last night, the cel kicked on and the car went dead lean. Smelt like an overfueling misfire. Get on it and afr look better. Popped the cover and found only d4 (the corner green) was lit. Plugged in my laptop and it could communicate with s300 fine, but s300 couldnt get sensor info from the ecu, and the ecu wouldnt respond to changes from s300.
When you turn the key on tge red light flickers then goes out like normal, but the green led next to it never turns on.
Then as im sitting there trying to see whats happening, the green l8ght kicks on, cel shuts off, and all is fine. Sat there idling for 30min without any issues. I go to sleep, wake up, and the damn cel is kicked again and its the same issue all over.
Does this sound like a socketing problem or a dying ecu???
J12 is cut, wideband is going through d10 with r136 and r138 cut. Grounds are all good. Wideband and hondata were both showing dead on afr when it was working.
Possible cold solder joints at cn2? Or something worse?
