I Think I Might Have Fried My K-Pro

I have a 2005 RSX Type-S with a k24a2 swap and a turbo kit. I guess I didn't zip tie my engine harness up correctly because it ended up rubbing through the heat wrap on my turbo manifold and burning through part of the wiring harness. I know I'm an idiot but I need help figuring out what the problem is with my car and what I need to do to get it running again.
When the manifold burnt through the harness, my car shut off and when I would try and start it nothing would happen. It wouldn't even start to turn over. I replaced the wiring harness and the one under dash fuse that was blown. After I did that and tried to start the car, it would now turn over and try to start but it just cranks and doesn't start and idle. When I hook my netbook up to my kpro it says ignition is off even when the key is in position II.
Kpro still connects to my netbook and everything seems to be fine but I dont think my injectors are firing off. Here's kpro when I connect it to my netbook:

Where do I go from here? Is there a chance that when my harness fried it went back into my ecu and fried a circuit?
Can I send my ecu to you guys to diagnose and fix the issue? What are my options?
I really need a professional opinion here. Nobody wants to look at the car because of what it is and someone just ran into
my daily a few days ago and totaled it out. I'm up the creek without a paddle and need some help in a bad way.
Thanks in advance.

The first thing you should do is try your ECU in a known working vehicle. If it works and reads the ignition beingon then you know you still have a wiring problem in your car that needs to be fixed. IF it still does not work in the othe rvehicle then your ECU and or K-Pro has probably been damaged and will need to be replaced.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try to convince somebody local to let me try it out in their car.
If it still says "ignition off" what are my options?
Will I have to buy a new kpro or can I send it to you guys to diagnose and repair/replace it?
How much does that usually cost?

Spunkster, thank you for the quick reply the other day. I was able to put my ecu in another RSX last night and it was able to register that ignition was on, so my ecu isn't fried! That's kind of a good thing but now I actually have no idea what's wrong with my car, when it comes to wiring I'm pretty much clueless. Any input would be much appreciated!

First check the main ground on the intake manifold / valve cover, then the transmission ground strap and also the timing cover ground. The check all uses in case the ECU is not getting ignition power. After that you're going to have to trace ignition switched power to pin E9, and then check the main relay.

Thank you guys again for replying.
All my grounds and fuses are good and oddly enough I'm getting 12 volts from pin e9.
My fuel pump isn't making any noise, the fuel pump relay isnt clicking, and I'm not getting any voltage from the crank position sensor when I try to start the car.

Next check that pin E7 is grounded when the ignition is switched on.

Just checked e7,
It's grounded

And now for some reason, after I checked my ecu that other RSX, I can't even get my kpro to connect with my netbook when it's plugged into my car. The green light on the ecu comes on but it's like nothing is plugged into my netbook's USB and the "about" in kmanager no longer turns blue.

Had a mechanic look over my car pretty thoroughly, he's pretty convinced that my driver side underdash fuse box is bad.

the mechanic that looked at my car checked my fuse box and it is still good. He says everything is pointing to the ECU. my next step is to put my kpro into a car and actually start it up as opposed to what I did last time just to check if it communicated with the ignition

Put my ecu in someone else's car and it ran great! Found out the reason I couldn't get my netbook to connect with Kpro is because I had a bent prong where the USB cable goes into the ECU.

Car starts now, the problem was the connection from the harness to the engine bay fuse box. Now I need to load a tune onto my kpro but one of the four pins where the USB cable plugs into the ecu is messed up. Can I replace or fix this? Image

I was messing with it and a connector broke. Where can I buy a new one? Do you guys work on saturdays? Please respond.
