turbo d16

I have a turbo 2000ek coupe. Stock d16y8 t3/t4 turbo kit. Rc550cc injectors, walboro 255 and i just had me s300v3 instlled into my ecu. Now my car wont start. I put the hondata ecu in my stock ek sedan and iflt fires right up. It runs like shit but it will start in my sedan. So im assuming i need a calibration for my set-up. Any help will be greatly appreciated
