Using a Kpro chipped PNF ECU

I have the opportunity to pick up a PNF ECU for a good price. The part number is 37820-PNF-A05 and is already equipped with kpro.

What I would like to know is if this is compatible with my setup? I have an 02 rsx-s with an 08 k24a2 swapped in. The engine harness and transmission are original from the type s. From browsing the web, the only thing it lacks is the reverse lock-out.

Is there anything else?

Thanks,

I would highly recommend using a PRB ECU as driving without the reverse lockout is a pain and also you risk damage to the transmission. The engine will run fine on any K-Pro'd ECU, but that is only part of the equation.
