Flashpro manager 1.8.1

I installed the newest beta version 1.8.1 the other day. Today I tried uploading a calibration to the flashpro and it says it update to newest version, which it already was.
Then, using flashpro manager I was able to upload my calibration directly to the ECU without any issues using button on toolbar, not flashpro window. Then I tried downloading the calibration back to the FP. That didn't work and then I couldn't see any info on the FP window in flashpro manager. IT was like it got disconnected. it showed flashpro and OBDII but ECU and live tuning were red. I disconnected from PC and restarted fp manager with no luck. Then After unhooking from obdII and pc and restarting fp manager it then showed my calibration that was on the ecu on the flashpro window, but I could not download or upload using the flashpro window. Only using the upload option on the top tool bar.
Any ideas?
This was for all calibrations, including Hondata ones.
