Try again. There's a lot of locking and unlocking in a short time period - don't do this unless selling the vehicle.

You can't without the ECU. Report the FlashPro as stolen with the vehicle to your insurance company. They can contact us if they need to. Also email support@hondata.com with the FlashPro serial number so that we can mark it as stolen.

This is the easiest way to look at it: The physical FlashPro as you see it is only half the actual FlashPro - the physical FlashPro is a delivery device for a custom reflash. The reflash is in your car. You need to get the reflash back before the FlashPro can be unlocked. If you can't recover the car, then the FlashPro can not be used, and should be covered by your insurance as it was stolen with your car.
Since the normal location of the reflash part of the FlashPro is in the vehicle, it should be covered by your insurance policy as 'performance parts'. This will depend on your provincial laws and insurance policy, so check with your insurance company.
If the insurance company argues that the FlashPro reflash is a personal effect then they need to contact us so that we can explain the above distinction.
