idle help!!!

Hi Im new on here and I have a idle problem

got an y7 with y8 mani but still kept the y7 throttle....with that being said every time I load up a base map all it does its idle to 2k up and down. Is it because of the throttle body that has the iacv on it rather than having it on the mani???

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak. Find and correct the leak.

so there shouldn't had been any idling at all then right?....I guess ill double check then. Thanks a lot
