Starting Calibration

Im trying to retune my new setup. Want to street tune the fuel before I head to the dyno to help save time and just wanted to know if anyone knew a good starting calibration. I have a InJen SRI, Megan Racing exhaust, Skunk2 Megapower R (2.75).
