S300 loosing calibration after ignition off

Hello,
I am desperately looking for support as my ECU/S300 is not working properly any more:
After a longer standstill period I started up my Honda Prelude again. Wondered, that the calibration got lost and I had to upload it. Did so, and the engine started. Then I regognized, that after turning ignition off (and on again) I got CEL and was not able to start the engine any more. Made a download of the calibration - see attachment.
I am able, to upload calibration again: CEL goes off and I am able to run the engine. But again I loose the setting after ignition off.
It seems, that the S300 is loosing the calibration each time when ignition is switched off.
So I tried to erase ECU. Took a long while for the bar to go through. At the end message appeared, that ECU could not have been erased.
I had some Datalog files on the ECU. Tried to delete as well. First, it looked like I had success. But after switching ignition off and on again, they appeared again in the SManager.
First, I tried with SManager 2.2.7, then updated to 2.2.8.
S300 Ser.No.: 12796; Firmware Ver.1.04
Car is a 1992 Honda Prelude. Engine is a H23 VTEC.
P72 USDM ECU with Hondata S300
- ECU prepared for Analog Input 1 (EGRL D12): Capacitor 0.1uF in C42
- ECU prepared for Analog Input 2 (B6): R2 & R3 removed
- ECU prepared for Wideband Lambda Input (ELD D10): R136 & R138 removed
- Wideband Lambda Innovate Motrosports LC1
- Analog 1 as narrowband connected to O2 in D14 (original cable removed)
- Analog 2 as wideband connected to ELD (D10)
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Measurement: PLX Devices
This setup was running before the standstill period. Now, I treid with my map, as well as with a new map from the templates (stockjdmp72.skl). All with same effect: Lost calibration after ignition off.
Looking forward for your feedback.
Best regards,
Lars
