Hondata

so everything was working fine until I got my tires changed last week and since then my hondata has not been reading on my laptop 18c1and when my rpm gets up to where the vtec engages the car just starts sputtering, I thought it was the ecu, cause there were a few resistors loose but I got a new one, and still the same problem. so could it be a loose wire some where? or is my hondata chip broken? or is it another problem? im out of ideas any input would help.
its a b18c1 with a chipped p28 and now a chipped p72 ecus
