I bought a 2007 civic si witha blown engine, it had a supercharger. now I replaced it with a stock engine. Can you check the ecu for me. how much to reflash it? or can I buy a flashpro, flash it to stock and sell the flashpro?

I have no record of that ECU. Have you tried this ECU with the stock engine?

yeah. The engine wants to start, the only way i could keep it running was by almost completely covering the intake intake. There is no way to tell if the previous owner used a flashpro? when it does run its smooth.

Are you removing the AFM or altering its flow path?

the afm is in the same place as stock. The engine will start when I cover the intake or airbox intake tube.

here is a picture. ignore the plastic line in the middle. I think it was for the vacuum gauge . I can get the car started by covering almost completetly covering the intake so it getting spark and fuel.

The AFM is not bolted down. The tube after the AFM to the fast idle valve is missing. Both those things will stop the vehicle from running correctly.

You do not have the AFM secured properly, and also you have a major air leak where a hose is supposed to be attached to the intake tube.

I was messing with the airbox before I took the picture. The AFM was secure and the tube was in place. Lets suppose everything is connected correct. Do you think I if the ecu was setup for a superchager, would that prevent the engine from starting or I should trouble shoot something else. It runs smooth when it does run.

If it is returned to stock you should unlock the FlashPro and get it to a Honda dealer so they can troubleshoot this for you.

its has not being returned to stock. My question was if the ecu was tuned for a supercharged overbored to 2.4L engine. would that give me the problems I am having ?
