immobilizer/fuel pump issues

Post by yearzro »

hi, i recently bought a used kpro v3. for my 2002 acura rsx type s and i was recently trying to upload a calibration ..drivers installed correctly, ignition was on and i made sure the immobilizer was off and made sure all security was turned off as well. when i tuned the power on to the vehicle i noticed that the fuel pump doesn't prime. i plugged the factory prb ecu back in and it started. Now i remember someone on this site saying they had to switch around some male connectors on the interior ecu harness in order for their fuel pump to prime something to do with E1 and E10 im not 100% sure but i would greatly appreciate help on this matter thanks.

Usually this indicates that the ECU has been damaged or it is a JDM ECU - it is the original ECU?

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU? From Help, About, what version of software are you using?

You should contact Xenocron, as either there is a problem with the wiring in your vehicle or the ECU has been damaged and will have to be replaced.

i actually jus fixed it thanks though, it was the fuel pump relay #1 i spliced the green and yellow wire and grounded it to the frame of the car plugged the ecu back in and turned the key power on ...fuel pump primed.
