k20 ep2 conversion harness ? htune help ?

my car is a 2004 honda civic sport 1.6 ep2 the original engine was a d16v1, the car is now fitted with a 2002 pre facelift k20a2 engine with the k20 engine harness, i also got a hondata kpro, the car will not start, the ignition turns on but no fuel pump prime, i have plugged the ecu into the computer and when i switch the ignition on the kpro don't recognize the ignition is on ? so it seems like there is no power to the ecu ? so will this conversion harness fit my car and solve me problems?, i have seen people say that the em2 conversion is almost the same as a ep2. http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A ... =QAQHQyWfa
