My 2009 Si does not follow the behavior shown in the FlashPro help file. It will go up to the set value at idle and during overrun, but in-between shifts the cam angle still drops to 0. Attached is a datalog showing when this occurs.
Also, if I check the "zero VTC upon decel fuel cut" when there is still a non-zero value in the "VTC decel fuel cut angle" box, it retains the previous behavior as described above.

I suggest using 'Use VTC tables upon decel fuel cut.' and setting the cam angle in the VTC table.
