Sensor Overlay and Wideband reading not the same

I am running into a problem where the input from my wideband o2 sensor is not matching the air fuel ratio that is being displayed from the data log. I am using an AEM 30-4100. The white wire is connected to Analog input 0 and the ground is run directly to the thermostat housing as per hondata's instructions. The reading in the window and the reading on the guage match, but not the reading in the overlay. I have attached an image to help illustrate the problem. Any input would be helpful.

Please post your calibration as well as a datalog showing the issue.

That is normal as those cells are interpolated from the cells around it and the AF may be slighl different every time it goes in to that cel since the MAP or TPS may be slightly different.

Maybe im not understanding, but why are the cells showing an AF ratio of 11-12:1 while the recorded and live wideband readings are showing between 13-15? Does it make a difference that the AEM wideband is hooked to analog 0 instead of D10 or D14 on the ecu. Also the stock narrowband sensor is still installed and wired up, but I have closed loop disengaged?

Which cells exactly are you seeing reading incorrectly?

I want to say all of them. But we will start with idle specifically. The overlay is showing that it was reading somewhere in the 11's but the guage is reading 14.2-15.0, and the voltage from the display is showing 2.5v or 15.0:1 afr. The picture I posted was the car sitting at idle.

What you are seeing listed as AF is the reading from your narrowband sensor. This is also what you are seeing in the Lambda Overlay. If you want to use the overlay you must input the dnalog signal from your wideband into one of the ECU inputs listed in teh Closed Loop Advanced tab of Parameters.

I was confused by your original description of the issue. As your datalog of AF and the overlay did match.

Ok. So white wire from aem 30-4100 to pin d10 or d14 correct? I appreciate your help.

I would use any of the inputs except D14, as it has limited voltage range it can read.
