Can you tell me if this ecu was reflashed and what reflash it has on it?

37820-PRB-A131589-307785

There is no record of that ECU being reflashed.

The reflash was purchased in april through kseriesparts.com for this ecu. I confirmed it with them and I have a copy of the invoice
