ok so i have an s300 in a p28 and i can upload to the s300 but nothing changes.
example i can drop the fuel trim to -50 and the car still idles fine.

rev limiter is set to 8200 and 2 step is disabled, but i hit a rev limiter at 4200rpm

it wont datalog, when i click it it makes the water temp and Air needles peg out.

i can upload and download to and from the s300 fine.

i tried putting the s300 in 2 different socketed p28's and it the same issue (one i know is socketed right ive seen it run a s300 before)

car runs great with virgin p28

any ideas

What is the software version?

What oil pressure gauge are you referring to?

sorry i meant the Air Gauge.

Use 2.2.7

Tried 2.2.7 same thing.

Has J12 been cut on the ECU?

Yep J12 has been cut.

Try going to the Online menu and click on Erase ECU. When that finishes, close the program and reopen the software and then go to New calibration and try uploading a fresh calibration.

Just did that step by step still same issue.

Post a picture of the inside of the ECU both with and without the s300 installed. Make sure it is in focus and high enough resolution to be able to see the components clearly.
