Need a little help/insight...n00b alert

Just recently got back into the Honda world and picked up a 1995 Civic. Swapped in the current motor and transmission and now trying to get the tune right.

K20A3 (EP3) motor
RSX Type S 6 speed transmission
EP3 wiring harness
RSX Type S ECU with K-Pro

I'm going to be doing a VTEC Killer set up here shortly and will get a dyno tune once that is done, but don't want to pay for a tune till that happens. Just want to get it running perfect to be able to get me from point A to point B and be a little fun.

Right now it is very hesitant when under light throttle, like it is struggling to accelerate. And also, not sure if it has been doing this, but I noticed tonight a ticking noise from the engine.

I had a job interview today not far from my house so I used the 5 minute drive there to record a datalog. Wasn't the most ideal log recording, but it shows readings for cruising and two instances that I went WOT.

Also I noticed that IGN readings nearly stayed in the red almost constantly while I was driving.

If anyone can check out my log and current tune (will upload in the following post(s) once I can switch over to my windows based computer) and give me any advice or insight, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, as stated this is the EP3 motor but I am on the RSX Hondata-provided tune with the secondary intake runners disabled. But I switched to the Civic SI dyno tuned high octane file and the car felt strong (riding around the neighborhood) but the idle wouldn't stay steady (random fluctuations between 800-1200 RPM). (Can also upload this .kal for review if necessary)

Additionally, if you look at my current tune, the guy who tuned my car left it in open loop... unsure why he did this, but could this be my hesitation while accelerating problem?

See attached files for current tune and the log that I spoke of (hopefully it is good enough to get something out of it)
