I put a security code and I don't remember it. I'm trying to retrieve the passcode but it keeps saying error problem sending password.
I haven't registered the flashpro yet, I tried to register but it keeps saying an error has occurred registering flashpro. check if you have internet access. my internets fine pls help

i was able to get in....i tried logging in through the home computer and it worked...thank you for responding...but is there any reason why it didnt work through my laptop?

Check that you have the most recent version of software one each computer. It could be either the ISP blocking email from FlashProManager, or a missing email dll on the computer.
