Hi,

if my Engine is cold and in particular now in the cold outdoor temps here in Germany, my Engine starts very difficult.
If my Engine is preheated with my webasto stand heating, and after long drive, if the engine is warm, then there is no problem to start the engine and its fine.

I have dataloged and tried to add more cranking fuel trim, also i tried more wall deposit compensation, water temperature fuel compensation and air temperature fuel compensation at this in the difficult temperatures IAT and ECT Temps, but it has not brought any improvement.

I have attached a coldstart datalog, a datalog about 5 minutes normal driving and my MAP-Calibration in context with my Rotrex-Supercharger and the RC 750 Injectors.

My battery is ja High-Power-AGM with 55 Ah, new and its all right!

My question now is, what can I do, that the engine even in cold temperatures better start again, as did it in the N/A Condition?

Your cranking fuel trims are all negative, have you tried adding fuel instead of removing fuel?

Yes i also tried plus and minus cranking fuel trim.
I have -10 about all temps and than i have add more cranking fuel trim on the cold temps, where i have problems.

Is it also possible, that the problem comes from my spark plugs, if there are to cold ones?
I have now installed the NGK iridium BKR9EIX and i will try the NGK iridium BKR7EIX.

Or what can be the startproblem at cold temps, you think?

Try the file I have attached. It has added fuel for cranking.

The injectors you are using are known to have a poor spray pattern and will not help with your problem. We recommend the DW800cc injectors: http://www.hondata.com/deatschwerks.html

If I install this injectors, the car must then be fundamentally re-tuned?
There is this injectors fit for the FN2 or for the FN2 with TTS Rotrex Supercharger kit?
Does that mutatis mutandis also to the DW 750cc injectors?

r12914 du sprichst ja deutsch gell?.. sag darf ich dich fragen wie viel ps du mit deinen software hast?? habe sie mir angeschaut... ich fahre auch einen fn2 rotrex c30-94 mit 750ccm düsen... vl kannst du mir ja was verraten oder so..

You can't install other injectors than RCs on TTS intake without modifying it

I had that kit for 2 years with these injectors with no issues.

Have you start problems if the engine is cold and in cold winter temps?
What spark plugs do you use?

hello r12914, ich kann keine PM schreiben, mich hat es nur interessiert was du an leistung hast. ich habe auch den rotrex habe aber 350ps und 328nm. drum habe ich mal gefragt.

I have the kit 1 year in my car and i have no problem. when the engine cold or hot the starting is very good. i have the 750ccm rrc injection and no problems.

servus... ich fahre 0.9 bar ladedruck, einen dyno habe ich schon aber frage mich nicht wo :)... ich habe ein video von der abstimmung. welche mods hast du noch ausser rotrex?.... ne ich bin österreicher :)...
