Smanager beta version

I have recently discovered that I can't open the beta version of smanager. I will try to open smanager and it give me a screen that says "error code 0" it used to work perfectly fine before and all of a sudden it stopped working. I have deleted it and reinstalled it and the same problem persists. If I download the version right before the beta one, it works fine. I don't have any viruses on my computer, I have the proper amount of memory to run the program, etc. I was wondering if anyone else had this same issue, ad if you have, what did you do to resolve it? Thanks for all the help ahead of time.
