Need tune plz help

need a tune for a k20a2 dc header, greddy staight pipe 2.75, stage 1 skunk2 cams ,standard skunk2 valves, skunk2 retainers ,skunk2 dual valve springs and thats it is running lean cant even use it as a daily anymore dont wanna get it dyno tune because iam going to turbo and still do alot more stuff to it before i get a real dyno tune... i just want a tune that i can run on and my car wont lean out
