B18c type r not going into column 8, 9, or 10 datalogging

Hi everyone,

I am new to this site and fairly new to tuning but I have built many hondas over the past 10 years.

I have a 98 civic lx with a b18c type r in it. I have a few modifications and they are as follows, slightly milled head, arp head studs, n1 crank pulley, 12lb flywheel, ctr intake cam, 68mm throttle body, 270 cc injectors (they came with the swap), walbro 255lph fuel pump, 96-97 spec (usdm spec) header, 2 1/2" cat, and stock gsr cat back.

has hondata s300 in a p28 with a plx wideband.

Almost everything that is on the motor except the ctr cam and the exhaust came with it but I am enjoying it thus far.

okay so my issue is that I moved from NJ to Colorado Springs so I am about 6,000 ft higher than where my motor was tuned. This motor was tuned by Chris Harris of Xenocron and it ran beautifully put down a respectable 177hp and i believe 140 ft/lbs. (that was before the ctr cam)

So I moved to Colorado Springs and getting here as you all could imagine the altitude greatly affected my tune but to my surprise and disbelief the afr's were reading leaner which I still cannot explain other than my base MAP setting was at 10.2. Now I have been able to smooth out my low end map and high end map pretty well. My low speed map is keeping me between 14.3 and 15.1 afr and my vtec map is at 13.1-13.7 afr. now my problem is while I am datalogging it seems as if I never get into columns 8, 9, or 10 and I can't figure out why.

I have checked the tps, the throttle cable, vacuum is good and my intake air temps and water temps are staying consistent.

Can someone help me figure this out?

also with the 68mm throttle body how do I get proper iacv functionality? It is a blox and it will not allow the cold idle to go up to 1500 like it should.

Thank you in advance for any help

Tom

p.s. sorry for the long winded post but I figured I would answer every possible question

This is normal at higher altitude. There isn't as much atmospheric pressure so it will read 2 to 3 colums lower than at sea level. You may want to get retuned at this altitude on a dyno.

Does it have the proper ports on the throttle body to work with the IACV?
