Compatibility issue...

Hi folks, hope all is well.
I dont have K-Pro at the moment, and i have some issues regarding its compatibility with my car.
My car is a 2004 7th gen Civic with a K20A3 motor, the car uses a drive by wire system similar to the TSX/Accord.
I know these last two cars are incompatible with K-Pro due to DBW, and Honda's revision of the ECU.
However, my car is equipped with a PNF-G11 ECU, and i figured that if the DBW was swapped for a cable throttle, and the TPS and ICV were correctly wired, then the ECU should be K-Pro compatible, and not cause the loss of AC/instrument cluster functions.
The gear speed sensor and transmission are of the low frequency type, and i was hoping a USDM EP3 base map might be used as a starting point.
The issue here is, though a 5 speed box, the first and final drive ratios differ slightly from the EP3 Si, i understand that might cause problems, especially with the "boost by gear" interface.
I would be most grateful for any assistance.
Regards,
James
