Low speed cam and ign limitations

This may seem an odd question, but it is mostly out of curiosity. I have noticed that from 800-1350 the ignition does not seem to be changeable. I can change the numbers but this does not affect anything. I also know that idle ignition is not adjustable. Is there any way to change that? I know a lot of you are wondering if I am out of my mind for asking to change ign at idle but as I stated, its more out of curiosity. Just looking for answers

On with the second question. My k20a2 seems to like more cam advance in lower rpms. I am not necessarily saying I wan't 50 degrees @ 1k rpm. As with the first I am just wondering if I can get a little more advance at lower rpms. Right now if I set it 30 degrees all the way it only gets to 30 around 2200 rpm. I know that this isn't just vtc trying to catch up because I can stay @ 1,500 rpm for an hour and vtc refuses to rise above 10 degrees. I don't know if this is some safety feature of some sort, but I would like to see what results I got with some more advance. Also, does anyone know what the vtc goes to at idle? I assume its a 0 degree because overlap makes a rough idle but what if someone wanted to adjust that to 10 degrees because the car likes some advance around 1500? Call me an idiot for asking these questions. I am just trying to see if there is any adjustments I am overlooking that could potentially help, keeping in mind they definitely could hurt.
