s300 v2 not changing settings.

Hi just got my s300 back from dealer after a few teething problems.

Ecu and s300 was working 200% when I left. There was a itr base load and started and run my eg fine.

The problem is this. . If I change for example the rev limit from 8700 to 7000 or 9000 load it to the ecu nothing happens but if I download from ecu the setting have been changed

I tried this with vtec and launch control to confirm and got the same result.

Datalog is working car running 12.7 air fuel

Using an ntk wideband and hondata 4 bar map

Stock b18c type R engine ukdm p30

windows vista as computer.

Any ideas ??
