so, in short, cruising in 6th gear on highway, steady 3k, slight blip in throttle or going up incline, throws like 15-30 knocks. All my reading, I had reason to believe that lowering the timing in the areas of rpms on the map will fix this. true or false???
Others have said increase the retard for 6th gear, and others said change max engine load from 3 to a 100. others said increase the timing till it goes away, etc. feel like i'm getting a run around here. I just want one straight answer that makes sense. Can someone shed some light on this for me??

Re: cruising in 6th gear
You can start by reducing timing in the range it is knocking. Then if that doesn't help, then you may have to adjust the knock control settings. More information about that can be found in the help file: http://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro/kn ... %2Bcontrol

Re: cruising in 6th gear
worked. had to lower it by almost 3 degrees pretty much from 2500rpms to 5000rpms. but its working good now.
