Hi
I have an ECU with this part number: 37820-P72-941
I think it's OBD-I but I'm not sure. It has 4 connectors. It seems to be an auto ECU but I'm not sure about this too! :)
So, my question is: Does it accept S300 or not?

No, it is not compatible.

Thanks
I have a P29 ECU too. So, What about this ECU? Is it compatible with S300 or not? Does it run a VTEC engine with/without S300 or not? Is it possible to convert it to VTEC or not?

Post a high quality in focus picture of the inside of the ECU.

That is a non-vtec ECU and should work with the s300 but you may need to disable a number of sensors that it is missing circuitry for.
The s300 allows for alternate VTEC output. Details can be found at

So, you think it's better to get a VTEC ECU for my S300? I want to be able to run all of B-Series engines with my S300.

A VTEC ECU would be better to start with, but it is completely up to you. Either way you can tune it. It all comes down to the additional wiring.
