FlashPro USP driver fail

Good Morning,
I have been trying to update the driver on my new flashpro for several hours.

Ser# FR-RDX-160010

I have 64-bit windows vista on a toshiba laptop. I have followed all recommendations in the help menu and your website and flashpro manager. I had to use a different computer which worked but, I need it to work on this Toshiba POS for now. Have you seen this before? I have also tried a registry scan in order to assess the DCP/IP and such....it found no errors.

Make sure you are following the manual driver install instructions for the 64 bit version of windows if your operating system is in fact 64 bit. If you continue to have problems try a different computer as there may be an issue with your operating system.
