Unusual Flashpro Lock Issue

Hi there,

I purchased my flashpro off a local back in March, confirmed it was unlocked, and proceeded to upload a stock tune onto my vehicle. Immediately after uploading the tune I noticed a difference in performance so the calibration clearly worked. I have just purchased mods for my vehicle and attempted to upload a new calibration but somehow flashpro states it is still locked to the old vehicle. I am positive the calibration uploaded successfully when I first purchased the product but am not sure what happened.

The only difference is that I'm using another laptop to operate the software, which I don't believe could cause an issue with the device.

Can I please get some assistance? :(

What is the serial number of the FlashPro.

In FlashPro Manager go to Help, and click on send information to Hondata support. Include a detailed description of the issue.
