K pro low/high fuel map

Hi guys my names Myke and I have a problem using friends kpro in my 2001 Honda civic ex K20a3 swap rbc manifold and stock type s throttle body brand new vss...........my actual motor was in his ek (99-00 civic) and k pro worked fine.. The problem I have is the with Low/high fuel maps they wont switch over to high fuel from low fuel but will randomly do it sometimes I tried messing with upper and lower bounties settings and still nothing and also if I upload changes to kpro the ecu will stay on high fuel map once it has the upload complete then goes back to low fuel after I move gas pedal!! I been having this problem for a month! I just tuned it on low fuel map for now! Thanks in advance guys
