Went to a tuning day with some buddies, and one of the guys did all the tuning on his laptop hooked up to my FlashPro. Now I'm home and I want to save this config to my PC / Hondata Vault. FlashPro is hooked up and the Online -> Download button is grayed out. Did I miss a step?

Mine did that to me once on my TSX. I tried disconnect the battery and it didn't help. Ultimately I fixed it by unplugging and plugging back in the ECU. Might be worth a try.

The status bar shows that it is not plugged in to the OBDII connector.

I'm trying to download from the FlashPro to my PC, not from the ECU to my PC. The tuner guy did some live tuning on it at the end, and I'm thinking that he may not have done a full upload to the ECU after the last tune. I'll re-upload to the ECU, just wondering how to pull the config from the FlashPro to my PC.

Edit: from the help page, here's what I'm trying to do:

Download the most recent beta version of software from the downloads section of the website and see if that resolves the issue.

I'll try that tonight, thanks!

Edit: Tried this, no luck. Also, 1.6 flagged the config on the FlashPro as being related to the previous version of the software saying that I needed to download and then re-upload the configs.

Guess I'm going to have to try this on a laptop, hooked directly to the car.
