VCT intermittent

My car was working fine, but suddenly VTC started to stuck at 0 degrees, both CAMANGLE and CAMCMD, meaning that the ECU was going in to limp mode for some freaking reason. When this happen, Vtec also doesn't engage. I was at the Dynamometer today, and In some pulls VTC started to work, and if I turn off engine and start it again, VTC would lock at zero again.
On the datalogs I have no DTC codes, every other sensor seems to be ok (IAT, ECT, VSS, RPM)
I have no idea on where to start the troubleshoot of this ... I saw that some cases was a bad IAT, or a bad oil pressure sensor, but in my case both are working fine.
Can it be anything related to my engine harness? Or a bad ECU ???

Sorry, I'll post everything.
- serial number of K-Pro 05008786
- ECU part number 37820-PND-A07 and serial number 2062-805014 0E26
- KManager version 3.2.5
- the calibration is attached
- I'm posting a datalog with the car stoped, but It's possible to see that the CamCMD shouldn't be at zero.
- It's a K24 Swap on a EK Hatch with Hybrid Racing adapter harness
- It's a complete build, with forged internals,13.7 CR, Team4Piston head and Road Race cams, ASP header, Hayward Intake, Accufab TB with mustang TPS, ID1000 injectors, Skunk2 exhaust cam gear. The exhaust is advanced 1,5 degrees and it's showing the camshaft gap error, that's why is disabled the error on parameters.
-Bought this K-pro in 2011 from Hybrid Racing, and it worked perfectly until now.
Car was running fine, with everything working well. I went to the Dyno and when my car was being hoocked, the wires from the O2 Sensor got damaged and I lost it, so now I'm only with the UEGO on my dash, but it's not wired to the ECU.
Then a few days later I drove the car on the streets with a basic tuning and went all well, Vtec engaging, VTC working fine, but suddenly it started to fail in some pulls, and now it's completely dead. CAMCMD and CAM are stucked all times at zero. From the datalog, I can't find anything wrong with sensors, Got zero DTC's, the IAT is reading normal, already tested the VTC solenoid in the bench and it engages normaly.
I'm thinking that I have a bad ECU or a bad K-pro.

I don't know if it helps, but I just put the exhaust cam gear back to zero degrees, and it keep showing Error P0341 - Variable Valve Timing (VTC) Phase Gap.
I just checked to see if it was missing a tooth but the timing is ok. Can it be the cam position sensors not reading right ?? If I pull the plug from the intake cam it shows an error, and if I pull the exhaust one the car dies.

According to your posts on other forums the cam gears are not lined up correctly. Is this correct?
