Disable P0134(o2 sensor response)

Does this disable the primary oxygen sensor (the manual said this is for the primary o2 on pg.29)?

what do I do if I want to disable the 2nd o2 error code?

What is the diffenice/or denefit in disabling P1167 or P0134?

Disabled P0134 just disables the error code, not the o2 sensor.
To diable the 2nd o2 sensor you need to diable OBDII
You want to disable these error code if you have no 2nd o2 sensor and these codes are generated by the ECU.

P0134 is an error code for both O2 sensors?

I have an empty cat. with an O2 sim. I would like to remove the O2 sim cause it gives me a check engine light once or twice every month. Do I need to check-off the P0134 box to remove this error code?

From k-manager help:
"Note: Only disable OBDII for race vehicles, as doing so will prevent many OBDII tests and error checking from being performed."
So, you are desabling OBDII to get rid of the check engine from the decat mod, but you are desabling a lot of other tests, am I right ?

yes disabling ob11 is cancelling emissions reporting only- ie emission testing error codes
open/closed loop is not affected
