2013 Honda civic si sedan, programmed stock equivalent onto car, went through load procedure, ignition on, light on flashpro on, flashed, lights on dash flashed and cycled, all went off but air bag light, drove, and air bag light still on?

What happens if you go to the Online Menu and then uplaod the actual return to stock?

Happens every time for me if I don't kill the car and wait for a click after.

Try this when you flash next time:

Do everything normal up until the Flash finishes. Once done and the car does the reset at the end (at least that is what it sounds like) turn key to off position and remove key. Wait about 5 seconds and you should hear a click from the car, put key back in and turn on.

Haven't had the airbag light once since doing that.
