I have a stage 3B for my 96 civic EX 1.6L SOHC. There is supposed to be an option for the hondata to automatically shut off my AC upon certain conditions. But the option is all greyed out. How do I get that operational?

Also, I am goingto be installed a very build engine and want to run 30 lbs of boost. but teh 3bar gm map sensor only sees up to 28 lbs. How will thsi effect the Hondat and gm map?

I can answer your first question: the A/C cutoff only works for PW0/PR3 OBD-0 ECUs, it doesn't work for OBD-I ECUs on the old stage 2/3/4 Hondata setups. To get a working A/C cutoff, you have to upgrade to the new s200 ECU.

Depends on your stage. See the Hondata web site.

There is very little difference between 28 and 30 psi. So I would run the max pressure you choose. If you tune the system from 29" vacuum to 30 PSI boost you will need a wideband o2sensor. Since you will only get the max boost at full throttle you should be fine as long as you don't exceed this level. Just remember that 30 psi on a FWD = big traction problems. And I've seen that 28+ psi likes to seperate intercooler end tanks.
