well i have a 02 rsx type s and my brother has a 03 rsx type s with hondata kpro. his car is down and he let me use kpro on my car but i have been experiencing some issues with it.
1. With my stock ecu my car starts and idles fine. it does shake and sounds normal.
But when i install the kpro my car(using stock tune and intake tune too)it sounds like it has a misfire and it rumbles like a boxer motor. and when i drive it it feels like its lost all power like a misfire. but it doesnt give me a code for misfire or anything but it feels like it.
and then the mel will flash like crazy after about 3 minutes of driving everytime until u shut it off and restart it again.
So im wondering if you guys might be able to help shine in on it alittle.
Of course, the immoblizer key stays on because the ecu wasnt made for my car, and i understand u gotta take it to acura to get it reset and all. but i mean the car starts and drive so im sure that has nothing to do with it. Ive done all i can following the help box to but nothing. anything wil help. thanks.
