Irratic wideband Signal

Hey guys,
i am running a genuine US p28 ecu, with s300 installed and fuctioning.
The problem i am having is with my wideband signal. I am using the AEM 30-4100 UEGO wideband with gauge, and the AEM gauge itself is working fine. Hondata is recieving signal as well, except it constantly fluctuates above and below what the UEGO is smothly reading.
Ex) sitting at idle, 900rpm and 14.7 AF, hondata is seeing an irratic fluctuation from 14.2 up to 15.1 extremely quickly, while my gauge is sitting solid at 14.7.
Could this be an earthing problem? Ive tested the circuit between the UEGO gauge/controller and the ecu and it seems fine. Im at a loss why its doing this. its making my street partial throttle tuning accurately very difficult when my AF graphs are so irratic.
thanks a bunch!
Jeff
