bought used pnf kpro-can i switch it to prb ecu?

car is a 02 rsx-s,id like to have my imobilizer and 6th gear lockout working. Can i just take this apart and swap boards or is there some sodering involved? Also what does hondata charge for something like this?

The ECU would have to be socketed. What is the problem with the PNF?
