Can't get the car to stop losing communication with the lap top, seems like the ecu is cutting right out(motor actually shuts right down for a split second than when you let off it comes back, also when the car loses communication with the laptop it seems to go into a limp mode with no cel, car will miss like crazy for awhile than slowly come out of it, also does this when your not data logging, I've tried everything please help me I just want this car to work properly

I purchased the kpro from raven autosports who got it through xenocron tuning, my ecu was sent to them and they installed it, I haven't modified anything else that has to do with the ecu, I have attached the kal and cannot post a datalog of this issue as its preventing me to do datalogging

I have previously described my issues, the car cuts out falls on its face, tps reads 0 when this happens random mis fires will be there one minuet and gone the next, cant keep the computer to stay connected during datalogs or connect at all, none of these things happened before the ecu was sent away, would love to fix this before the end of the season as I cant do shit with the car right now

Are you using resistor or non-resistor spark plugs?

I'm using ngk resistor type spark plugs I listed the part number above also I'm using 660rc injectors, they are high impedance injectors

Does it datalog with the ignition turned on, but the engine not running?

Yes then mostly when you turn it on it just cuts out, then if you try agian while its running it will datalog for a few seconds but it seems like when you rev past a certain point it just quits

Change your spark plugs with some cheap copper resistor type plugs and see if that resolves the issue.

It won't I have already put 3 sets of new plugs in it all resistor( following tips given on other threads) and too no avail so that's not it

Try your ECU in a known working vehicle, as this sounds like something specific to your own car.

If that seems to work where do I go from there? I just bought this like 2 months ago, and my car never did any of this until I got that in my car

Lets see what happens first and then go from there.

The only person I can switch with has an rsx but it's not a type s is that cool?

That will be fine for testing.
