Stalling issue

So I've been having a stalling issue that I just can't seem to tune out when using MAP fuel tables (AFM never seems to have this issue). When the car is just started from a warm start (say, drove a while, turned the engine off to refuel, then turn it back on 5-10 minutes later) the RPMs drop so much it will either almost stall or even stall completely in the right conditions (usually warmer weather). I noticed that during the dip that puts the engine below 500RPM, sometimes all the way to 0 and a stall, the fuel status goes from "closed" to "open - cold", even though it's all warmed up. This will sometimes even happen when coming from the highway to a stop with the clutch in, engine idling; it will idle at 800 where its set, but as I slow down it will dip and jump a few times real bad, enough to shake the car as it hits <500RPM, again, sometimes stalling. Any way to stop the car from going into cold open loop once its warmed up?? This is killing me and making me want to go back to AFM even though you can't tune it as well.

Please post your calibration that was used during this datalog as well.

The fuel needs a lot more tuning - the engine is running fairly lean in many places.
