i am trying to play around with my kpro (06 Dc5R) tps reading as it fluctuation between 0-1% at idling. after i calibrate and upload the kal i am getting this error .
does uploading the file with aircon and stereo on causes this problem as i am totally new and trying to learn .
my voltage reading at 8v while cranking and after engine is running it read 14v +/-.
one question i like to ask , how do i save the current tune file as my tuner is from oversea and currently couldn't get him .
thanks

If battery voltage is dropping that low when cranking the engine that is what is causein gthe error. It may be time to replace the battery. If the battery has been relocated then that may also be an issue. You should also make sure that there is no corrosion and all connections are solid leading to and from the battery.
What is the serial number on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

i have the low voltage when cranking fix by clearing security and saved the .kal with the current kmanager version and upload it . at least the error doesn't appear when i tested it for approximately 8 miles.
since i am here can i ask 1 more question regarding p1162 air fuel slow response. my tuner had already had my both o2 sensor disabled. and i kept getting this error once it start to warm up . If i turn my key to on and off and crank to start the engine the error wont appear. or when it appear i just restart my car and the Cel will be gone .
p/s as for the serial i need to check tomorrow.
thanks in advance

please take a look at it of my datalog. the error came on after my engine stall while i release my clutch too quicky at the traffic light .
In the calibration I don't have o2 sensor enable which my tuner used to set for me l but I still getting this error intermittently . (Air fuel ratio sensor 1 slow response ) p1162
as for the serial how can i check ? can i check via kmanager?
Thank you very much .

Open the ECU and look for the serial number on the K-PRo board.

It's impossible for me to tear down the ecu and check for the serial which I don't no how to . And I am 99% sure it's a authentic hondata kpro unit because my friend got it from a local distributor Asking me to go to a workshop and just to ask them to check the serial in order to get help here seriously doesn't make sense .
What I wish to know is why does o2 sensor error pop even I am running in open loop as in the calibration I uploaded ?

All you need to do is us a 10mm wrench and a screw driver to open the lid and look at the serial number. You do not need to tear anything down.

Look like I won't be getting any help here without serial . Thanks
