Ok I'm using the newest version of kpro

The car runs. I can download catalogs and delete them.
I am trying to upload a new calibration but I keep getting an error.
I tried to upload a different tune I got an error
I switched usb cables and I got an error
I switched computers and I got an error
I restarted the computer And still got an error.
I uninstalled and reinstalled kmanager and got an error.
I disconnected the battery and reconnected the battery and still got an error.
I tried to delete the ecu and it gave me an error and wouldn't do it.

When I do try to upload to the ecu I do hear a slight click in the ecu and then get the error...

Please help!!!

Just an update. I checked all my grounds and they were fine.

I tightened the screws on the kpro to the ecu Still have an error

I tried downloading the tune from the ecu and I got a warning saying the binary image in this ecu is security protected, blank or corrupt, and cannot be downloaded.

Car is still running fine and I can do datalogging

Still can't upload!

I tried clearing the security and I got a failure message too.

What is the error?

Be very careful when tightening the KPro screws as this may bend the circuit board.

It says "upload error" when I go to upload I do hear a click but it's one of the relays.

To find out if it is a dmaged ECU, K-Pro board, or both, you can swap the K-Pro board to a known working ECU that already has a K-Pro and see if it works properly, if it does then you know it is the ECU. You can also try the workign K-Pro from teh other ECU in your ECU and see if that works.
