When I want to register my Flashpro, this error message appear : An error has occurred registering Flashpro. Check you have internet acces.

So I can't use my flashpro!!!
Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Im using the last version. 1.5.6.0

You need to register the flashpro with Hondata before you can flash your vehicule.

You either have antivirus or internet security software that is blocking access or a windows file used to connect is damaged. Try a different computer...desktop or laptop and see if that works.

does the antivirus prevent the registering of the flashpro?

It may if it is blocking a port.

It would seem that I am having the same problem, please help.

Flashpro manager v1.7.2
Flashpro s/n: FP-2012Si-110429
Windows firewall off
Internet security level set to low
Have good internet connection

Same error, can not register.

Do you have any anti-virus installed?

Try uninstalling your antivirus software.
