Ignition Off, cant upload or anything, solid green flash red

When and Where Purchased: This Week, off of a friend
Problem: I Just bought the kpro and installed the drivers on my laptop along with Kmanager and when I attempt to plug kpro to Kmanager and the car, I get a Solid Green Light with a red flashing light, the bottom says Drivers Installed, Online, but continues to say Ignition Off. So because of that i cant upload any maps or change anything, BUT when I click the Kpro tab to view info the green light turns off and it only flashes red.

Kpro info reads:
Hardware version 2
Flash memor: 16MB
serial No: 5156
Igntion: Off
Firmawre version 2.02 and OK
Software version 3.0.3.0
Ecu Type: PRB - US RSX Type S
Security: Disabled

Also I have tried this in my car as well as a friends (already running kpro) we tried both on my laptop as well as the windows tablet he uses for his kpro, nothing changed my kpro reacted the same on both cars and computers, then we tried his kpro and it worked flawless

Any ideas on what this could be? Some have suggested firmware and some said i need an older version of Kmanager, neither of which I can find.

Any help would be appriciated

Have you tried swapping a different K-Pro into this ECU to see if it is the K-Pro or the ECU?
