k-pro can`t connect to notebook

I had a check, I tried will be connected to k-pro through k-manager, but left nothing, the laptop doesn't see k-pro and at all doesn't see connection of the new device, but the engine is started. I tried to reinstall the driver, it is installed, but k-manager doesn't see it and in the list of devices there is no it too.

What shows up in the WIndows Device manager when you plug in the USB to the K-Pro?

Nothing, windows does not see the device, on the other computer is the same situation

With the Windows Device manager open does the screen reflesh when you plug and unplug the USB from teh K-PRo?

Do any lights come on on the K-Pro board when the USB is plugged in, or when the Key is turned to the on position?

yes, when the USB is plugged in, green lights come on, when the engine is started, lights green and red flashes
