Problem to download and upload program

Hello, I have a problem when I want to download or upload a program.

I can't use datalog,download or upload functions, but I can delete DTC error code with K-Manager, if the engine is on and I want to download the ECU program, the engine stop.
If the engine stop I think don't have USB problem.
When I download Ecu program, during 20s I can't do anything, and after I have a map with bad value.
When I upload program I have this message : " fail to upload"

The led is green, and the other red when I use download function during 2secondes.

I tried a other laptop and I have the same problem.
I am 2 laptop with USB1 not USB2.
When I download or upload a program , I listen my fuel pump.

Please go to the menu at the top and select ONLINE, then TOOLS, then click on CLEAR SECURITY. A warning may appear, go ahead and clear the security. Once you have done this, go ahead and upload the correct calibration and then you should be ready to go.
