Built B18C1 82mm bore 12:1 high compression pistons Stg3cams

I was wondering if anyone could give me a decent basemap for my all motor B18C1 setup? I have a full Skunk2 built head with Skunk2 stage 3 pro series cams, Skunk2 dual springs w/ Skunk2 titanium retainers, Skunk2 adj. cam gears, Skunk2 high comp valves, ARP headstuds, built bottom end bored .040 over/ 82mm, 12:1 compression pistons, skunk2 intake mani, 70mm throttle body, AEM short ram, AEM adj. FPR, AEM UEGO wideband, Gen 2 blacktopped DSM 450cc injectors w/ resistor box, fuel pressure is 60psi on prime 42-45psi idle currently, full MSD ignition, custom geared synchrotech trans w/ mfactory LSD & 4.7 final drive, Skunk2 pro series 2 coilovers, 4-1 header to test pipe with full 2 1/2 inch exhaust, IAB delete, P/S & A/C delete, evap system delete & a few other goodies that don't affect the engine. Edit: I changed my injectors back to stock GSR's in an effort to get my car to run right. I loaded the stock 01 ITR basemap an started it up. When it warms up it just won't stay idling & loads up running 10.9 on my wideband. Then when I drive its good under load & it leans out when just crusing(which I understand is due to my large cams on a stock map) but when I get on it, it sputters & bogs loads up & goes nowhere, then u get into VTEC & its like the car loses all balls & just dumps fuel in running back to 10.9 or less on my wideband & bogs.
