Hi guys

I have a throttle body J35 of a FD2 and yesterday I changed OEM throttle.

Right now with the new J35, my engine is working a bit bad. When I dont push the gas, the revolutions fall slowly and bounce.

I need adjust any parameters of idle or air fuel ratio... i dont know.

how you fix this problem?

Thank everybody.

Hi everybody.

i Attach my data

- Serial number: FP-SI-INT-20257
- FlashPro Manager version: the last
- Honda Civic Type R FN2 (euro)
- what sort of ECU you are using
- Modifications

Gruppem and throttle body J35.

In my datalogs no there are knocks but i think that this calibration can be better with more adjust.

I would like to give me your opinion about my calibration and advise me that I can improve and how to do.

Still I do not know much about setting a map and thank you very much any help and advice you can give me.

Regards!

This probably has to do with the difference in how the throttle body is controlled. This is a common problem when swapping larger throttle bodies. It could be a leak, or it may just not be a good match for your vehicle.

Hello,

thanks for replying!

I searched about this problem and in my case specifically was make the engine (sensors) to read the new values and self-adjust.

I have only one question more ...

your kindness you would have to watch my data logs and tell me that I can improve and how?

I guess you have plenty to do every day, but if you find a bit of time to check my calibration I'll be very grateful!

regards

Hi man! You will need to re-adjust your map. I have installed the J35 in my Fn2 (Spain) as well and there is no problem.

I've maped several FN2 with J35 TB here in Spain.
Have you made the ECU relearn? Are you throwing any code?
